Our Foundation

Meet Jonathan Niemuth and Nicholas Lehr, the partners behind Lancon Design & Development. With a shared passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to high-quality landscape construction, the two first crossed paths while working for a previous employer—quickly recognizing a mutual dedication to excellence and detail in their work.

Established in 2018 by Jonathan Niemuth, Lancon Design & Development earned a strong reputation for creating thoughtfully executed outdoor spaces. As Jonathan continued to develop his skills and vision, he recognized the potential to take the company to the next level—ultimately leading to his partnership with Nick.

In April 2025, they officially joined forces, marking a new chapter for the company. With this partnership came a strategic rebrand and a renewed focus: offering comprehensive, start-to-finish landscape transformations. From initial design concepts to the final build, Lancon Design & Development now specializes in reimagining entire front and backyard spaces—bringing cohesion, functionality, and lasting beauty to every project.
